Scott McSkimming

Scott is a licensed electrician and certified electrical inspector with over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry. He specialises in high-end residential and commercial projects, bringing supervision expertise and quality assurance from decades of hands-on experience.

Scott’s project portfolio includes supervising the award-winning Pūtahi Park project at Whangārei Town Basin – a $5M+ development that won the 2022 Hirepool Construction Project award. He has also managed complex residential projects like the 700sqm Andrews Residence, overseeing architectural electrical design and sophisticated lighting automation systems.

As a licensed New Zealand Electrical Inspector with endorsements for mains parallel generation systems, Scott combines technical expertise with regulatory knowledge to ensure every project meets the highest standards. His experience spans from intricate residential installations to major commercial developments, always maintaining clear communication and precision throughout the process.

When he’s not on-site, Scott dedicates his time to Land, Search and Rescue operations, enjoys 4WD adventures and mountain biking, and spends quality time with his Wife – staying busy, community-focused, and always ready for the next challenge.
