Adhering to the requirements of resource consent, the new residence preserves the footprint of its predecessor.
The former dwelling was dismantled to pave the way for an impressive reconstruction that pays respect to the original architecture while seamlessly integrating modern functionality and design.
Capitalizing on the beauty of the established pohutukawas and the expanse of Whangarei Harbour, the new residence boasts a seamless indoor/outdoor transition to the lawn and beach below.
