For Clarke Builders, this wasn’t just another building job as this beautiful house was actually an extra special project – Jordan Clarke’s own family home.
Integrated was privileged to work with Jordan, with his amazing workmanship and eye for detail, to get this house completed late in 2021 in time for Jordan, Shannon and their family to enjoy their first Christmas and summer in their new home
The large, vaulted, open-plan living spaces are lit with Switch Zela Offset tilted downlights which ensure ample lighting that is controllable & dimmable.
The LED strip lights in the kitchen can be left on for accent lighting when required but is also good task lighting for cooking and food prep.
The dining room showcases some custom built lights designed & crafted by our own Integrated team working with Jordan to achieve his vision
On the exterior the copper updown lights tie in beautifully with the cedar cladding, ensuring that the timeless appeal should last
