Gijs & Nicky’s House, Kauri Mountain
Nestled amongst native bush at Kauri Mountain, complete with it’s own food forrest and grid tied solar system, this beautiful new home sits perfectly in natural environment. The small but well designed and managed solar system has averaged the owners a $40 per month power bill since install. Integrated installed a solar hot water diverter which diverts excess solar produced to the hot water cylinder for energy storage.
